Dr. Courage! holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development, a Master of Arts in Communication with emphasis in Intercultural/Interracial and Organizational Communication, and a Doctorate in Higher Education with emphasis in College Teaching and Faculty Leadership. As an experienced educator of adults in the workforce and college classroom, Dr. Courage has expertise in understanding adult learning styles, needs and motivation in the workforce as well as in formal higher education contexts.
